Communicating with the hotel Sales, in case of extra clarifications needed with regards to the mails received by them related to Stop Sales, Free Sales & concerned withdrawals. 3. Highly concentrating on Contractual , Back to Back , Prepaid Rooms Allocations along with the room blocks during special occasions. 4.Updating Right Allocations in the system along with their Release Periods & specified Block Out Periods. 5.Communicating with the hotel sales when and ever required. 6.Sub Allocating the allocations to our esteemed clients as per their request and monitoring the allocations lying in our General Pool & Clients pool by proper monitoring product availability reports and Topping Up the required allocations by requesting the same from the hotel sales. 8.Writing to the hotel regarding granting us the security allotments in case of the Stop Sales issued by the concerned properties. 9.Confirming the hotel rooms speaking to hotel Sales & Reservations In Charge when there is any issues related to reservation reporting time when stop sales or withdrawal of Free Sale is issued by the hotels & Issues concerned with Allocated rooms and sorting out the issues. 10. Regularly reporting to my superiors.1.Accounts: Spearheading entire gamut of accounts and finance functions including Cash control, Invoicing to Tour operators and sending the correct invoices, ensuring compliance of Accounting Standards. Monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost control in operations without affecting the operations. Checking/reviewing of Cash & Bank Receipts & Payment, journal vouchers for correctness and proper approval and accruals. Handling general accounts queries, Handling Payrolls, Checking the amounts to be paid and received by an organisation and arranging payment of bills and accounts. Assessing the daily cash flow, keeping records of financial transactions as well as customer account details up to date. Verifying that the account order forms and receipts are filled in correctly. 2.MIS: Supervising the preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz. fund management and aging analysis. Undertaking preparation of various budgets and their comparison with actual on monthly basis. 3.Fund Management: Monitoring cash flow of the company to review the cash position and forecast funds required for numerous expenses. Liaising with banks / financial institutions for raising adequate finance to meet working capital and long term capital requirements. Taking adequate measures to ensure timely receipt of payments. 4.Receivable / Payable Management: Preparing and following up of bills receivables after invoicing to debtors. Conducting ageing analysis with an aim to keep receivables under control and collections of payments etc. Registering all invoices on voucher per supplier. Preparing accounts receivables and payables for debtors and creditors. Constantly following up payments for a/c receivable section and payment postings. Comparing invoices with Hotel Bill for Payment within the stipulated time frame. Conducting ageing analysis of the payables to understand the paying pattern.a.
